I tried seven investment services before encountering Fundamental Trends – it is by far the best! Kirk Spano is an outstanding trend and stock analyst who provides the comfort level necessary to make decisions. He transmits information via written articles, his chat forum and three weekly webinars. I try my best to attend all the webinars as they provide perhaps 80% of his recommendations, with informal explications of his thought process.

I subscribed to Kirk’s Fundamental Trends investing service about 3 months ago and I would highly recommend it. The following benefits clearly set Kirk’s service apart from the few other services that I subscribe to: Quality of the Training / Intro materials: Numerous articles and educational docs are available on the site, and the ones in Kirk’s “Getting Started” section are exceptionally well done. It’s clear that a ton of time and energy has gone into these. Key concepts are clearly explained and at the right level of detail. If I had subscribed to this service sooner and been armed with this valuable info a few months earlier, my accounts would definitely be a lot higher right now (but better late than never). Buy Zones: The buy zones that Kirk incorporates into his model portfolios have been incredibly helpful. They make all of the great information on this site actionable. Plus, he provides a broad list of quality watch list stocks beyond the model portfolios, and buy zones have been thoughtfully provided for those as well. There are links to charts in the tracking sheet for these, and those charts all contain clearly highlighted buy zones. Very well done. Real Time Email Alerts: I clicked an option to receive email alerts, and I now receive real time emails whenever model portfolio / watch list stocks drop into the buy zone. This is a huge help and saves me a ton of time. Very Responsive to Questions: I’ve only had 1 or 2 questions since joining this service, and Kirk has been incredibly responsive through the chat feature. He has quickly answered my questions and I’ve definitely profited from his insights. In contrast, the few questions I’ve emailed into my other services over the years typically go unanswered. Thanks for all that you do to make us better investors Kirk!

In this volatile time, the insight that Kirk provides has risen above some of the the other investment services that I use. Although having conviction to an investment thesis, he has also been willing to alter course when necessary. His commentary is refreshingly honest, and position advice is specific. There is plenty of free vanilla advice out there, but Kirk delivers the guidance one should expect from a paid service.

I participate in Kirk’s weekly webinar where he provides accurate and timely analysis of current trends and conditions that I use to manage my investments. I use his VSL (Very Short List) as a guide to help me enter into equity positions. And the articles he publishes provide me with more in depth analysis of specific companies and “secular tailwinds.” In short, I like Fundamental Trends because it’s practical, easy to understand and it’s making me a better investor who is more “in tune” with what’s coming as opposed to what’s already happened.
