Fundamental Trends has done an excellent job of staying a number of steps ahead of the crowd when it comes to investing and trading in todays challenging markets. Kirk was way ahead in forecasting the price of crude to move up to $80, a forecast achieved in late September 2018 that was forecast a year before during September October 23017. Kirk recommended raising cash this past August for an October drop which could not have been timed any better. Numerous recommendations on the Very Short List Kirk maintains for Fundamental Trends subscribers provides for me a very useful investing tool for my money’s worth. Even though I am a simplistic, long-only investor, Kirk gives me great ideas with his spreadsheets, in particular bottom-fishing recommendations. In addition, he keeps things simple by limiting recommendations and also with simple but often-forgotten advice such as “scale in, scale out”. Finally, I enjoy his “liberalism” which is to say his reasoned take on facts and observation to arrive at sensible conclusions. Hello Kirk A member 8 months now, and I intend to renew next February. FTs provides some great investment material. The very short list, core 4 asset allocation, and other information have been very useful for me in constructing a portfolio. The options advice has been a money maker. Kirk Spano does a good job of vetting recommendations, providing market advice, and determining entry & exit points. In the end it is up to you to decide what to do, and this is fine by me. The basic service is oriented to position investors, and to a lesser extent buy&hold investors. Kirk is always asking for feedback, from which he can make improvements. Sincerely, MarkB
